Thai Food Edmonton – 10 Best Restaurants in Edmonton

Nothing is tastier and zestier than Thai food, and what city is better for Thai food than Edmonton? There are so many Chinese food Edmonton restaurants, varying in what they offer, style, cost, and aesthetic. If you consider yourself a foodie, Edmonton is the city to visit for that reason alone.

With this in mind, below will feature my favourite Thai food Edmonton eateries to enjoy. Remember that there are many superb Thai restaurants in Edmonton. These are just some of my favourites that I’ve been to, so don’t blow up if I don’t specify an eatery you love in the city.

What is Thai Food?

Consider Thai food as a colorful rendition of Chinese food. It has numerous comparable components but has intense flavours like super sweet, savory, or that ultra-fieriness, similar to Indian food. It’s best to start with something like yellow curry that’s less spicy with noodles and rice.

The secret combines five flavor profiles if you’re seeking authentic Thai food. These are: salty, sweet, spicy, sour, and rich. Every five flavors should perfectly balance one another for the dish to taste authentic. Preparing Thai food is complex, and something will taste off if the flavors don’t supplement each other.
